A newly created role, responsible for leading a high performing, customer focused team. Driving effieciencies, process improvements, performance and engagement, to continue to deliver successful conversion and customer experience from the customer contact team.
The ability to drive innovation, make data led decision, take ownership and collaborate across the sales, marketing, commercial teams is key.
Bringing in new innitiatives, driving performance through coaching and training, delivering conversion, customer loyalty and speed from lead to the end of the process. Strong leadership skills, able to work in a fast paced environment, lead and deliver a high performing, large and growing team within a highly successful brand set for conitnued growth.
Initiating improvements through technology, taking a short, medium and long term view, able to be strategic and forward thinking whilst delivering on the KPI’s. A really exciting role, with clear ownership and opportunity to make an impact.
