This is a newly created role within this well-established business where you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and optimisation of the Onboard Marketing strategy for the entire fleet. Creating and delivering an onboard and retail campaign strategy that enhances the customer experience and maximises spend across all customer touch points from preparing to travel to onboard.
You will have a proven track record of setting and delivering customer led, retail strategies and hands-on experience of managing the retail marketing lifecycle from beginning to end.
Some travel is required to fully immerse yourself in the customer journey and get to know entire fleet individually.
A retail and travel/ hospitality background are advantageous for this role.
The ability to speak fluent French is highly desirable but a basic working proficiency of the language is adequate to build upon.
