Newmarket Holidays is one of the UK's largest independent specialist tour operators. Every year, we create and operate holidays for tens of thousands of customers travelling to destinations within the UK, across Europe and around the world. We’re seeking a Finance Business Partner to be responsible for the planning, forecasting and reporting of our tour operating and contact centre performance.

This is an opportunity for a highly-motivated, qualified accountant, with extensive experience in management reporting, accounts and reconciliations, financial modelling, and working closely with client/customer groups to provide expert advice around the development and coordination of the budgeting, forecasting and reporting. Team-oriented, with a hands-on approach you’ll have genuine enthusiasm to support teams across the business, identifying opportunities for margin improvement and process efficiencies.

You’ll work within an established finance team and have management responsibility for our Tour Operating Accountant. Core elements of the role include producing month end accounts and reconciliations, managing budgeting and forecasting processes, and evolving and improving processes and resources. You’ll also work closely with our business intelligence team to provide insightful reporting, and with our auditors preparing year-end schedules.
