Online Performance Marketing Manager, Luxury Tour Operator, Central London (Hybrid role)  This multi-award winning travel company is one of the UK’s longest established and highly reputable tour operator, offering 5* luxury holidays to discerning clientele. As part of their post Covid 2022 development, our client are looking for an experienced PPC Manager to join their marketing team and optimise its multi-million pound online media investment across Google and Bing Search and Display as well as paid social media channels.

Online media investment is one of the company’s largest acquisition channels for attracting new customers who book holidays both online and over the telephone in a highly competitive marketplace. The ideal candidate will ideally have experience in measuring and increasing ROAS through both sales channels and must also have the following experience:

Online Performance Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day management of online paid media channels, reporting on and presenting performance on ad spend. Channels include Google, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, and You Tube video ads
• Overall responsibility for bid management and strategies
• Analysis of individual campaign results to evaluate effectiveness and inform future campaigns
• Work alongside the wider marketing team, product team and senior management team to ensure that activity is implemented, monitored and remedial action is taken where necessary to maximise return on investment and adapt to market forces
• Provide insights to the marketing, product and senior management team regarding search trends and forecasts and key word strategies for both PPC and SEO
• Liaise with website development team to ensure that campaign tracking, event tracking and tagging is optimised to obtain detailed insights on channel performance

• Managed online media accounts with a multi-million pound annual budget
• Improved efficiency of PPC channels as well as supported scaling
• Strong analytical ability with an understanding of which metrics to focus on
  and how to drive performance improvements
• Experience of working with bid management tools and automation technologies
• Measured success in terms of growth and improved ROI
• Highly motivated and a great “can-do” attitude
• Eagerness to keep up to date with the latest developments and ad capabilities from Google and other key online media partners

In Addition, The following Experience Is Preferred:

• Google Ads Certification (pls provide certificate ID on application)
• The ability to communicate campaign strategy and performance with non-marketing professionals and trade partners.  
• Knowledge of SEO best practice
