We are working with a highly successful travel company that is now seeking an experienced fluent German Speaking Group Operations Executive to join its team in either London or Edinburgh.

The ideal candidate shall ensure the smooth operations of groups by creating a well-planned timed itinerary and book all the relevant services and entrances, special attractions whilst providing excellent customer service.

This exciting opportunity is ideal for a German speaker with travel industry group experience seeking career progression and something a little different.


  • Creating travel plans for groups
  • Achieve successful and profitable operation of all groups handled
  • Understand the needs of the clients and the market
  • To work closely with colleagues in Sales and Key Account to ensure growth in this area and oversee the client relation

Essential Requirements:

  • Well developed English written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluency in either German/French in addition to English.
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and the Internet
  • Travel industry background with experience in dealing with groups ideally
  • Exceptional customer service and results driven
  • Highly accurate with an excellent attention to detail
