We are seeking an experienced out of hours VIP Business Travel Manager to join a highly successful corporate travel company working remotely. After-Hours and Weekend Support is required for a range of in-house Entertainment & VIP accounts.  


  • Service all VIP enquiries, requests, bookings, and ticketing with the highest standards and quality documentation. Ensure all air, rail, hotel, and/or other ancillary reservations meet company and client expectations
  • Anticipating and understanding individual client preferences and needs
  • Work independently on requests and take the initiative to aid team members and management as requested.
  • Respond to all communications proactively, promptly, efficiently, and accurately.
  • Consistently demonstrate attention to detail so that errors do not occur.
  • Process accounting queries from both the client and Finance department through to final reconciliation.

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience working within the corporate/entertainment travel industry and possesses strong knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes
  • Advanced skills on travel industry GDS such as Sabre including air ticketing, exchanges, experiences with air contracts and hotel bookings
  • Experience handling VIP clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proven track record of team work and “can do” attitude
  • Position is working from home and preferably in London/UK Time Zone.
