A luxury family-owned hotel group is now looking for a new dynamic General Manager for their stunning boutique country house hotel. The role overseas both the recently refurbished hotel and separate self-contained suites.

The GM should be an ambassador for the brand and the hotel. Provide leadership and strategic planning to all departments in support of the service culture, maximise operations and guest satisfaction. Work very closely with the hotel owners and other stake holders.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned, intelligent, and passionate hotel professional with outstanding, management skills and extensive hands-on experience.

Proven experience at General Manager level running and managing boutique or country house hotels. Experience working at properties with a fine dining focus is desirable
