We are seeking a luxury Private Client Travel Manager to join a highly luxury travel company due to remarkable growth, London based and homeworking.

Dealing with high net-worth individuals and grow our clients ‘ultra-luxury’ business, targeting UHNW travellers.

Ideal for a travel sales professional with experience in handling VIPs from a luxury travel background seeking a rewarding career.


  • Maintain a close relationship with the client, understanding their needs and fulfilling all of their VIP travel requirements.
  • Arrange private dinners and/or events in various locations.
  • Understanding of the business, the client’s requirements and proactively communicating ideas and trends.
  • Identify innovative ways of improving the client experience and enjoyment of the membership. Visiting clients at locations, being prepared with travel ideas that will inspire and delight the client. Responsible for the customer journey of every client throughout the whole sales process providing a consistent and excellent level of service.

Essential Requirements:

  • Luxury travel experience is essential from a luxury tour operator or similar able to handle VIP travel
  • Experience of client acquisition preferred but not essential
  • Articulate and creative
  • Exceptional attention to detail
