We’re looking for a Duty Manager to join the team at The Firehouse Grill, one of our most popular restaurants on resort!
For guests looking to get their appetite going, The Firehouse Grill is where flavours rule the roost! Serving a variety of flame grilled dishes, sharing platters, wings and more, there’s something for everyone!
As a Duty Manager, you’ll support the team to welcome hundreds of guests into the venue each break, providing them with an altogether more fun and entertaining holiday and helping them to create memorable experiences that will last a lifetime…
The purpose of this role is to:
- Role model behaviour by leading the way as a visible presence in the venue, delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests
- Lead and develop the team with support of the manager
- Demonstrate effective communication and ensure your team are up to date with relevant information
- Maintain high levels of hygiene and cleanliness within the team and the venue
- Ensure compliance with Food Safety and Health and Safety legislation
- With the support of the manager, have the ability to analyse KP’s to control margin and labour
- Be able to follow and implement stock control systems to maximise gross profit
We’re looking for candidates who:
- Have experience of working in a leadership role in a restaurant environment
- Level 2 in Food Hygiene is essential, Intermediate Food Hygiene is desirable
- Knowledge of stocktaking, labour control and health and safety practises in catering
- Thrive when working in a fast paced, high-volume environment
- Are passionate about delivering exceptional experiences to guests and visitors
