An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an Area Manager to join our team at Chartwells, based across several sites in the Bristol area. As Area Manager you’ll be working on a variety of different tasks across the sites to ensure that we are providing the best service possible to our clients.
You will manage client and contractual relationships in a commercial manner ensuring compliance and company policies are adhered to. Driving service solutions that exceed new and existing customer requirements as well as identifying opportunity for new business.
You will review business performance and ensure delivery of key financial targets are in line with management and performance reporting.

Experience in the contract catering industry is ideal to really understand the nature of our business, hit the ground running and make an impact in our team quickly. With a large portfolio of units to look after, the successful candidate will need to be able organised by nature and understand and accommodate the challenges and successes of working remotely.
