Overall Purpose of the role

Providing nutrition to the youth and Women players and staff of Chelsea F.C at one of the country’s most prestigious football training grounds.

As a catering assistant, you serve as an assistant to the F&B Supervisor. Your duties include to proactively deliver an exceptional service to our clients and players at Chelsea F.C, creating trusting relationships and to always have the Levy UK’s reputation for food quality and service at the top of your priorities.

• Create positive interactions with all our players, clients and team members.
• Deal with requests in an efficient manner, communicating with kitchen and colleagues to ensure smooth delivery of service.
• Serve food, beverages & accompaniments in line with service standards.
• Clearing tables and/or service points in a team environment.
• Provide knowledge of the food and beverage offer.
• Assisting with the set up and clear down of areas, ready for the next service.
• Ensuring all service areas are kept clean, tidy and safe.
• Escalate any service issues to the appropriate management team member.
• Comply with all company and unit policies with regards to Health & Safety, Hygiene, Manual Handling and COSHH.

Hours of work will be determined by the needs of the business and subject to the Working Time Directive and any Workforce agreement that is in place. This will involve evening and weekend working.
