Previous experience as a head receptionist in restaurant with similar standards
A good track record in delivering excellent customer service
Excellent communication skills with high level of English both verbal and written
High level of attention to detail
Be a team player, and respectful for any level of staff within our team
Be professional and reliable at all times
Experience of working with Open Table is desirable but not essential
Be able to multi task and work in a fast paste environment.
We are currently looking for enthusiastic, energetic and passionate Head Receptionist to join our team. City Social is a contemporary Michelin starred Restaurant located on 24 of Tower 42, in the heart of the City of London. This is a full time position working 5 days per week totalling 48hrs. We are closed for lunch on Saturdays, all day on Sunday and bank holiday Monday also.
