We are looking for a strategic thinker and do-er to take the lead in enhancing the online offering across 4 travel brands. Technically minded, strong on detail, analytics and data to drive effective implementation and continuous improvement. Reporting into the Head of Marekting & E-Commerce, this role is an integral part of the team, working closely with the marketing/digital teams and managing two direct reports.
You will influence and deliver the E-Commerce strategy, manage outsourced technical develops and agencies. You will need srong experience in reporting platforms such as Google Analytics and oversee key tools such as Google Tag Manager and G4A.
Responsible for the entire end-to-end retail digital customer experience and technical ownership of the website and associated platforms for this well established and respected travel brand.
