Job Details
We are looking for a passionate, data-driven CRO Manager to immerse themselves in to the user experience and drive the continued conversion for this award-winning specialist tour operator.
You will be influential to the product development roadmap, reviewing customer behaviour, applying MVT and A/B to determine best practise and outcome.
You will implement data-led improvements aimed at achieving continuously improving conversion rates and testing new ideas.
You will be passionate about UX and UI design whilst being able to balance best practise with consumer desire and have a desire to drive continuous improvements.
