As our Revenue Manager you will be responsible for creating a reporting platform and providing MI for Lime Venue Portfolio enquires in the Compass portfolio and for Levy Diary Managed sites.

  • Produce a weekly C&E forecast for the Levy DM sites highlighting opportunities and risks to drive the business
  • Produce a suite of predetermined MI packs on a rolling basis to provide a KPI platform for strategic overview of performance across client, customer, and revenue matrices
  • Provide weekly information by customer to the Head of Proactive Sales to drive conversion and highlight lost, turned down and over aged prospect business for action
  • Produce information by period on third party partners for the Head of Proactive Sales and HORS so as correct decisions on partnerships can be taken and ROI maximised
  • Produce pace reports for the business to show pace for the 2 years rolling, highlighting any opportunities and risks
  • Provide MI to aid the business to make informed decisions regards to C&E to maximise sales, highlighting any deviations from agreed selling strategy
  • To work with the Head of Reactive Sales to support all the LVP businesses with C&E financial report training & orientation on financial reports for General Managers, C&E planners and any other personnel
  • The C&E Business Analyst is a senior member of the C&E team, contributing to overall department strategy and growth
  • Creation and leading in C&E sales budgets in conjunction with the Head of Reactive Sales in all DM contracts
  • Provide a MI platform to report on sales, conversion, future BOB, meeting room occupancy, average enquiry value, venue conversion percentages, guest satisfaction scores and rolling headcount by function
  • Distribution of reactive sales reports as agreed on rolling basis
  • Provide an online environment for team to clearly understand and access venue pricing, value add pricing and strategy per site
  • Provide weekly information by customer to the Head of Proactive Sales to drive conversion and highlight lost, turned down and over aged prospect business for action
  • Produce pace reports for the business to show pace for the 2 years rolling, highlighting any opportunities and risks
  • Provide MI to aid the business to make informed decisions regards to C&E to maximise sales, highlighting any deviations from agreed selling strategy
  • To work with the Head of Reactive Sales to support all the Levy, TVC & LVP businesses with C&E financial report training & orientation on C&E finances for General Managers, C&E planners and any other personnel
  • Responsible for all pace and forecast reporting to the agreed process and standard
  • Produce a monthly / quarterly report for the business to assist in Quarterly Business Reviews
  • 5 years’ experience within a C&E environment 
  • Knowledge of Gratis & Delphi and booking systems
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills is confident with evidence of sound decision making capabilities
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Strong mentoring and coaching qualities
  • Competent in using CRM, 3rd party platforms, telephony, IT,  MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook
  • Clear evidence of report innovation and creation
  • Clear evidence of managing a business through data driven MI and the ability to change business outcomes from data
