Retail And Vending Supervisor - London

An experienced Retail & Vending Supervisor required to oversee the day-to-day operations within the Restaurant and Vending departments. The role will ensure customer service and offerings within the departments are to a high standard and are always progressing with new innovative ideas with a Commercial focus.

• Must have the capability to lead from the front and be a strong, credible leader with a very 'hands-on' management style, continuously striving to be better.
• A proven track record of mentoring and developing talent.
• Must be passionate about the catering industry & possess the obsessive drive to constantly deliver great service.
• Be naturally people focused and have great communication skills.
• Ensure attention to detail with all aspects of service & presentation.
• A strategic, Commercial approach is essential.
• Must possess strong commercial acumen & have outstanding skills to increase sales & profitability within all areas of the business.
• Good knowledge of Health & Safety/Basic Food Hygiene qualification (CIEH L2).
• Passionate about food and customer service.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in a busy high-profile environment.
• Experience in leading & managing a team of people.
