About the Role

Front of House/Reception

As a Front of House person, you will be the face of our business, the first person people see on entering the building. We are looking for an individual who can share our energy and passion for high customer service and will contribute to our ongoing success.

We have a family-friendly approach to working hours, and this role benefits from Monday to Friday daytime working.

Essential Criteria

Excellent Customer services skills
Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills
Excellent problem-solving decision-making skills
Excellent ability to adapt to diverse situations
Be able to promote the highest standards of personal appearance and friendliness
Be flexibly in hours of work to cover ad-hoc requests such as setting up meeting rooms  
Competent in the use of Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel

Desirable:
Hotel Experience
NVQ or similar qualification in customer services
Valid SIA license
