Up to £27,300 per annum (DOE) 

5 over 7 Shift Pattern inc. evenings and weekends

We are looking for an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join our team at The Fire Service College in Moreton in Marsh.

As our Assistant Food Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day running of our food & beverage department. Assisting in the management of our guest experience team. You will ensure a high level of service is always provided across your department, leading by example and monitoring customer satisfaction. This site also regularly hosts event buffets, beverage services, formal dinners. There is also a bar and shop open daily.

• Previous management experience.
• Experienced in working in a fast paced environment.
