We are looking for an ambitious Guest Strategy and Operations Lead, to provide world class guest support and care, a pivotal role in helping to grow and develop the Guest sales and support teams. 

In this role you will analyse and report on guest support and sales metrics, increasing the output of the internal teams.  Proactively finding areas for improvement and be innovative in seeking the best solution.

Taking business priorities into account whilst delivering project workstreams, streamlining internal processes to be as seamless as possible through automation and improvements, working closely with the Product teams.

Supporting all aspects of the day-to-day operations globally, including reviewing and executing on opportunities to improve accuracy, efficiency or output.

We are looking for ideally a minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience within an Operations position, having managed stakeholders and demonstrated an ability to adapt to a fast-moving working environment.

The role will suit someone with the ability to work at pace and iterate continuously, who enjoys building things from scratch and has ideally worked with sales and support teams

Data -driven and commercially aware with a solid understanding of customer & financial metrics and robust data analytics and technical skills, such as SQL skills/Salesforce experience (a bonus)

Importantly, passion for solving ambiguous and complex problems and driving best in class performance and customer experience.
