We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Coordinator, The Recruitment coordinator will take ownership of the successful recruitment and administration for ESS, You will ensure that people of the highest calibre are recruited in to ESS by liaising consistently and constantly with all hiring managers to achieve this.

As The Recruitment Coordinator you will be responsible for the following areas:

  • Consistently reviewing candidate application levels
  • Ensure all recruitment requests are managed robustly and in accordance with SLA requirements
  • Ensuring all applications are processed as quickly as possible
  • Working closely and building relationships with our existing business to understand their needs
  • Meeting individual monthly recruitment targets
  • Consistently striving to reduce external agency spend
  • Full management of all administration tasks
  • Self motivated with the ability to prioritise and work alone
  • Standards and quality driven
  • Motivated by a passion for quality and great service delivery
  • Interpersonal, administrative and organisational skills
