We are seeking an experienced Fitness & Wellness Luxury Travel Specalist, working fully from home for a high end luxury tour operator. This forward thinking, elite travel firm offers a range of exclusive and bespoke travel packages across the globe.

This exciting role is ideal for a luxury travel professional from a bespoke tour operator with a passion for wellness and fitness retreats and knowledge of the product.

Fitness & Wellness Travel Specalist Duties:

  • Offering and arranging fitness and wellness focused group travel packages to the most extraordinary destinations across the globe.
  • Build scalable, market-ready trip product moving from ideation and planning, to marketing, sales, and departure.
  • Prepare highly polished written documentation, including itineraries, master planning timelines & hotel descriptions.
  • Coordinate wide-ranging elements such as hotels, venues, suppliers, transportation, meals and activities.
  • Review vendor, hotel and supplier contracts
  • Leverage existing relationships and grow worldwide network of best-in-class vendors; hotels, transportation, meals, trip leaders, and DMCs.

Essential Requirements:

  • Familiarity with the US travel market and strong knowledge around North American, Caribbean, and Central American destinations is preferred.
  • Luxury tour operator experience with sound knowledge of wellness and fitness retreats across the globe is essential.
  • Good knowledge of Europe, Latin America and or USA would consider experience with other destinations.
  • Self-motivated and tenacious, possessing of an entrepreneurial spirit, ability to take initiative, and desire to exceed expectations.
  • Finger on the pulse of trends in fitness, wellness, fashion, food, and current events.

Fully homeworking role, with the change to travel to some extraordinary destinations, generous salary and commission along with other perks.
