We have a fantastic new opportunity for an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at our Subway 

As the Subway Assistant Manager you will adhere to Subway brand standards and ensure that the customer is always at the heart of everything we do whilst supporting the Store Manager to deliver targets and KPI's.

• We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic and experienced assistant Manager to lead a motivated, well trained team with the appropriate skills to deliver a profitable store and ensure all budget targets and KPI’s are not just achieved but exceeded.

  Ambitious with the presence and personality to influence the day to day business, you'll maximise your performance as well as the teams. Leading by example and setting high standards, you'll enhance sales and provide our customers with great service.

   

Our Ideal Candidate

• Experience of leading and managing a small team of people
• Minimum 4 years retail / catering experience
• Strong communication skills – able to communicate at all levels
• Strong organisational skills
• Ability to work to strict pressured deadlines

• This position is a great opportunity for someone looking for a fresh challenge with previous experience of managing a team within a branded restaurant/fast food environment. You will have knowledge and experience of Hygiene, Health & Safety and branded audits.

  You will be a person who is motivated by a passion for quality and great service delivery which leaves your customers smiling
