Calling all Cruise and Travel industry sales professionals! We have a fabulous opportunity for you to work from home, in a salaried role, which offers excellent earning potential!

Joining our client's expanding sales team as a Cruise Sales Agent, you'll be selling cruise holidays from a wide range of cruise operators, booking any additional services, upgrades and ancillary products and tailor-making cruise & stay packages.

The successful candidates will be customer focused travel/cruise industry professionals with a proven sales track record and ideally, previous experience of selling cruise holidays (although this is not essential as full product training can be provided.) In return, our client is offering an attractive package with a competitive basic salary of 23k plus a generous, uncapped commission structure and excellent travel industry benefits.

Role of Cruise Sales Agent:

  • Dealing with inbound enquiries selling all aspects of cruise/cruise & stay holidays
  • Tailor-making cruise holiday packages
  • Providing outstanding customer service at all times
  • Offering personal recommendations and professional advice where appropriate
  • Working closely with colleagues and management to ensure sales and productivity targets are achieved and revenue is maximised
  • Liaising with preferred suppliers to obtain best rates, availability and for all special requests.

Skills required:

  • Previous cruise or travel sales experience - essential
  • Proven sales track record and strong sales process
  • Working knowledge of all major cruise lines, airlines and other ancillary products would be an advantage
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills
  • Sales-driven, flexible, professional and enthusiastic
  • Flexible with regard to working hours, as evenings and weekends will be included on a rota basis
