What you’ll get up to…

You’ll manage a team of Personal Travel Advisors, reviewing their individual sales performance and supporting them in the achievement of their sales targets and of our customer service standards. You’ll provide key insights, information and reports to the Head of Sales, Sales Manager, and other areas of the business, to enable the delivery of the sales strategy and ensure all round success. You’ll provide feedback and lead projects relating to systems, processes, and technology, driving continual improvement, and ensuring we stay ahead of the game. 

What we’re looking for…

An individual who is innovative, knowledgeable, and bold. A personable and effective leader with experience of Team Leading, Coaching and performance management. A person who leads by example, role modelling a professional, customer service focused approach, whilst embracing the fun, vibrant culture of Blue Bay Travel. You will have a record of enabling the delivery of sales targets using coaching and motivational leadership techniques. You’ll be comfortable and confident representing the business at external events and when customers and suppliers visit the office.

Travel experience is not essential however desirable.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring the delivery of exceptional service standards and the success of Blue Bay Travel as a Tour Operator.

• Continual improvement across the sales function, including developing external and internal working relationships.

• Manage, develop, and drive individual Personal Travel Advisor & department wide target achievement.

• Role modelling company visions and values

Hours and salary...

This full-time role can be fulfilled from our offices in Trentham, Stoke-on-Trent, remotely or via a hybrid approach. Five days per week, 1 in 3 weekends, 1-2 late shifts per week (until 21:30) £25,000 - £27,000 plus achievable, monthly, target led bonus
