What you’ll get up to…

You’ll load and maintain the company’s hotel and transfer contracts, process its reservations, and respond to colleague queries to enable sales. You will directly contribute to the success of our award-winning Sales Team by ensuring they have everything they need to successfully find the perfect holiday for our customers, communicating information such as hotel offers, health and safety and other key information about the products we offer. Once a holiday is booked, you will also be responsible for reporting details of the stay directly to our hotel partners as well as processing the confirmations and communicating changes and cancellations, all within agreed timeframes.
