You must have the relevant catering training, or experience of working in catering and you will produce fresh, high quality food for a pub of approximately 70+ seats.  Additionally, you will be self-motivated and you will be able to work independently, managing your own workload.

Your holiday entitlement of 5.6 weeks will normally be taken outside of the usual college holidays (but this can also be negotiated).  Bank holiday entitlement is included in this amount and there is a pension scheme available for eligible staff. All staff are required to have a clear DBS check prior to starting work at the Trust.
