We are seeking an experienced Luxury Middle East Travel Planner to join a highly successful bespoke travel company. Have you traveled the deserts of Dubai or stunning Oman? Or perhaps the fabulous Abu Dhabi or exotic Arabia?

This exciting Luxury Middle East role entails a wide range of tasks in which no day will be the same, this includes:

  • Turning ordinary into extraordinary – offering exceptionally high levels of service to the discerning traveller.
  • Crafting and designing a range of holiday types including luxury tailormade travel, honeymoons, all inclusive, adult only, adventure and family trips.
  • Handling a range of worldwide incoming luxury travel enquiries across Middle East and North Africa including Egypt, Israel, Jordan, Morocco, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Abu Dhabi and any more exotic places.
  • Building relationships with clients.
  • Recommending luxury boutique hotels and destinations.
  • Participating in luxury FAM trips to increase product knowledge.


  • Experience within a luxury tour operator or travel agency is key.
  • Good knowledge of the Middle East – please provide a travel profile outlining places travelled
  • An experienced travel consultant looking to progress their travel career and grow within the company long term.
  • Strong work ethic with impeccable customer service skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
