We are collaborating with a luxury travel company that offers luxury hotels, apartments and events across the globe or VIPs.

Due to remarkable growth in travel now seeking an experienced Hotel & Events Group Consultant to join their team at their London office. We would consider candidates from a hotel reservations background, tour operator, wholesale travel company or travel agent. Monday to Friday office hours with a generous bonus structure is on offer.


  • Taking hotel reservations over email, telephone and via other mediums.
  • Offering a cutting edge customer service.
  • Promptly replying with suitable options to clients to ensure customers receive prompt correct responses.
  • Negotiating hotel rates.
  • Processing accommodation or event bookings and sending detailed confirmations.
  • Delivering or sending VIP gifts to hotels if required.
  • Meeting some clients and hotels.

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience in making reservations in a hotel or travel agency is essential
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills
  • An excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
  • Professional and warm personality
  • Exceptional customer care skills
  • Ability to negotiate rates with hotels and/or find innovative solutions
  • Sales driven
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • UK, Europe & USA Geographical Knowledge
  • Computer knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
