CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE - PRE DEPARTURE

Customer Service Executive  (Hybrid)  Central London £27,000 per annum + benefits.  Multi-Award Winning Tour Operator with an expanding Global Portfolio in the luxury holiday market is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Customer Service / Sales Support / Operations professional to join their pre departure operations team in Central London. After in-house training, the successful candidate will facilitate all aspects of holiday bookings so good verbal and written communication skills are essential. You will also enjoy a competitive salary package as well as perks such as educational trips to the destination of specialism.

Pre Departure Customer Service Responsibilities include:

• Handle all pre-holiday and in resort enquiries from customers
• Take ownership for queries, consistently demonstrate high levels of customer service standards and professional relationship with all customers
• Respond, investigate, and resolve all travel queries in accordance with company protocol
• Support open, accurate and prompt communication, both written and verbal, to customers and colleagues
• Escalate all pertinent matters to line manager as necessary

Now Let’s Talk About You:

• Previous Customer Service / Sales Support / Operations experience gained within a tour operator
• Polite, professional, and enthusiastic telephone manner
• Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritise own workload
• Working knowledge of the ABTA code of conduct is preferred but not essential
• Good organisational skills, experience of dealing with conflicting demands and meeting deadlines
• Ability to overcome difficult situations diplomatically
• Possess a GDS

The Package:

• The role is paying a basic salary £27,000 per annum
• Hybrid role, working 2 days from our client’s central London HQ and 3 days from home
