The role
As a member of our customer experience team, you will be responsible for supporting customers with any queries they have by answering calls/emails and app messages, regarding any aspect of the customers holiday, ensuring you provide responses and a resolution in a timely manner. You will be responsible for ensuring all bookings are recorded accurately to correctly issue documents. You will also be on hand to support the management team with any last minute schedule changes, dealing with both pre/post travel and guests who are in resort. All notifications that we receive should be thoroughly investigated and resolved in a satisfactory manner, in accordance with ABTA guidelines.

Destinology has been one of very few companies who have recently expanded their customer experience team. We know the pandemic has hit the travel industry hard however Destinology has grown from strength to strength, which is why we are looking for more passionate people to join our rapidly growing business.

Destinology is open 7 days per week of which you will work across a rota, with a mixture of early and evening shifts. In addition, you will be expected to work some weekends with corresponding days off during the week. Rotas are shared a minimum of 2 months in advance.

About you
You must be passionate about travel with fantastic organisational skills, who thrives under pressure. Whether you’ve travelled the world or have ambitions to discover new countries and cultures, we want to hear from you. Ideally you will have worked in a fast paced, customer service environment and have the passion and drive to succeed in a career in sales.
