Marketing Executive - Glasgow

Barrhead Travel have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Executive/ Senior Marketing Executive to join our team at our Head Office in Glasgow City Centre.

This fast-paced, dynamic role will include planning & implementing brand campaigns across the full marketing mix. The candidate will work across multiple Barrhead Travel brands and be a central point of contact for regional teams.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Provide support to deliver the marketing plan for Barrhead Travel & associated brands
• Production and delivery of multiple marketing campaigns, including brand campaigns as well as co-marketing campaigns with some of the world’s best known travel brands
• Evaluate marketing activity and reporting on ROI
• Writing and proof reading copy
• Support internal departments with any marketing requests to ensure effective, on brand communications – this can be across a range of media including print and online
• Liaising with internal and external teams, including designers and printers

Experience Required:

• Experience in a multi-channel marketing environment
• Minimum 3 years marketing experience
• A 'can do', positive, enthusiastic attitude with a friendly, approachable manner is essential
• Good team working skills and the ability to be flexible
• Excellent communication skills to deal with internal and external clients
• Excellent organisational skills
• Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines with a high degree of accuracy
• Travel experience would be a bonus, though not essential
