Hotel & Rail Consultant - Temp to Perm

Hotel Reservations Consultant - Award winning and one of the largest Independent Corporate Travel Management Companies in the UK are now looking to recruit a number of Rail & Hotel Reservations Consultant roles for their office Bradford. MUST BE ABLE TO START ASAP

Due to expansion and growth this Business Travel Company require a motivated individual, with excellent "customer service" skills.

Hotel Reservations Consultant experience required:
- Exceptional Customer Services skills
- Experience of working within the travel or hotel / hospitality industry (ideal, not essential)
- Experience of working within a customer service based call centre or office environment
- Strong attention to detail

The Hotel Reservations Consultant roles and responsibilities include:
· Delivering exceptional customer service to ensure the customer experience is exceeded in all cases
· Dealing with a mixture of client accounts, booking Hotel Accommodation & Rail and being responsible for the end to end booking process for all travellers.
· To deal with queries efficiently in accordance to company agreed SLA's
