Luxury travel consultant - After hours

2 Luxury travel consultants Required for this Global travel company working with a team based in New York covering their Out of hours phone. Working four 10 hours shifts per week, 11pm to 9am, salary up to £40,000 plus bonus. Luxury worldwide travel industry experience is a must, ideally sabre knowledge.

Luxury travel consultants duties
-Provide exceptional white-glove service, making every component of a trip as seamless as possible. Booking high end luxury travel arrangements dealing with HNWIs using Sabre
-Listen and guide the conversation to solve problems in a timely manner with all types of customers in all circumstances
-Complete client request arrangements from their initial request to completion
-Be a trusted advisor by offering informed and insightful recommendations which provide the very best traveller experience in each situation
-Remain current on value we provide to each customer
-Adapt, change, and be versatile with the shifting landscape of the Travel Industry
-Be responsive to client's needs and issue resolution with excellent communication and follow up
-interact with VIP clients to solicit travel preferences and initial profile information

Luxury travel consultants skills required
-Previous Experience with Sabre is a must
-Previous experience booking travel for HNWIs to worldwide destinations
-Maintain a positive and professional work environment
-Possess strong commitment to team environment, collaborating with others to solve problems and develop innovative solutions
-Ability to pro-actively resolve problems independently, and work well under pressure
-Must possess exceptional communication skills including exemplary written and verbal communication skills
-Meticulous attention to detail
-Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
