Business travel technology specialist

Business travel technology specialist - Required for the independent TMC. They are happy with homebased or to be based at one of their offices in London or in Kent. Salary up to 35k, they are looking for business travel implementation experience as well as 1st line support.

Business travel technology specialists skills required
-First/Second line support
-Integration & Training
-end to end implementation of Online Booking Tools (OBTs)
-Maintain and evolve OBTs and associated applications within a team
-Work within the Implementation team and be accountable to agreed go-live deadlines
-Assist, support & train operations so that they are self-sufficient in managing day to day system queries and being proactive in their own capacity to avoid the Travel Technology Specialist becoming first line support, where possible
-Proactive use of logs and reviews across all technology solutions with appropriate escalations to SMT

Business travel technologist specialists skills required
-Excellent customer service skills
-Working knowledge and awareness of travel products including galileo/Amadeus
-Supplier relationship and negotiation skills
-Proven record of implementing third party software
-First and second line support
