We are seeking an experienced, confident and articulate Talent Acquisition Manager to join a highly successful travel company working from home or in a hybrid setting in London.

This exciting opportunity is ideal for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager with strong experience with headhunting, ideally good from a Travel or Hospitality recruitment background or experience in customer service recruitment roles. This is a great opportunity for either an in-house or agency Recruiter to transition into an Internal Talent Acquisition Manager role.

Talent Acquisition Manager Duties:

  • Using your exemplary spoken communication skills, you’ll effectively sell the benefits of the company, whilst building strong relationships with the heads of departments to understand exactly what they need in a candidate.
  • Source potential candidates from a wide pool of talent
  • First point of contact for many potential employees
  • Drafting eye catching job adverts and job descriptions
  • Partner with key stakeholders across the business to promote hiring processes and delivery
  • Managing all stages of the recruitment process, with direct involvement in CV sifting, assessment tasks and phone/face to face interviews
  • Design, plan and execute employer branding activities
  • Sharing recruitment campaign reports and learnings

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience working as an In House Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Partner or Recruitment Consultant
  • Proven experience of managing high volume recruitment campaigns
  • Ideally previous experience hiring for Senior customer/client services style roles
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practice and methodologies
  • Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Meticulous levels of attention to detail
  • Ability to think outside the box and find hard to reach talent
  • Exceptional stakeholder management ability
