Tour Coordinator

Ski Tour Coordinator - Educational Travel, £22k - Required for this successful and rapidly growing business backed by an educational travel industry leader. At the heart of this business are the team of Tour Co-ordinators who are responsible for the delivery of each tour from time of booking confirmation through to post tour feedback.

Ski Tour Coordinator - Role & Responsibilities:

• Organisation of each tour / ski trip through the full cycle from confirmation to post tour feedback, providing exceptional service throughout.
• Communicating with internal and external suppliers by phone and email.
• Producing all relevant paperwork for the trip including itineraries, travel packs and invoices.
• Processing booking amendments and cancellations.
• Dealing with all incoming enquiries and liaising with all parties involved.

Ski Tour Coordinator - Skills & Experience Required:

• Experience in a similar role within educational travel or for a tour operator is desirable but not essential.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong administrative skills with an ability to manage and prioritise workload.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent English is a necessity.
• Another language such or French or Italian would be advantageous.
• Willingness to go above and beyond to ensure the schools receive the best possible service at all times.

Ski Tour Coordinator - Additional Information:

• Salary £22k
• 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
• Occasional educational trips.
