Travel Customer Service Executive
This unique specialist travel company are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their inspiring team. This company operate an array of wonderful cultural, historical and special interest holidays both within the UK and to worldwide destinations such as Sicily, Costa Rica, Madagascar, Japan and many more. As a Travel Customer Care Executive, you will be part of a team providing excellent customer service, resolving any potential problems while building positive customer relationships.

Travel Customer Service Executive - Role and Responsibilities

  • Liaise with customers, establishing a professional and positive rapport
  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries
  • Update CRM after contact
  • Process cancellations and refunds
  • Collate and input personal details for ticketing and booking confirmation
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments and ensure customer documentation is delivered to the documentation team
  • Support the Sales team if required

Travel Customer Service Executive - Skills and Experience required

  • Proven customer service experience, preferably gained within the travel industry
  • Highly organised with attention to detail
  • Customer focused
  • Good telephone communication with the ability to remain professional and courteous at all times
  • Confident working with a database
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Good time management while being able to prioritise

Travel Customer Service Executive - Additional Information

  • Salary circa £23k to £25k dependent on experience
  • Monday to Friday, 0900 - 1700 with 30 minutes lunch break
  • Home based role
  • 21 days annual leave plus bank holidays
