An exciting role to lead the Contact Centre team, driving a sales environment and help shape and define a high-performing team and culture. Leading a team who have transitioned to mainly remote/hybrid working, strong people, performance and leadership skills are needed with significant Contact Centre experience. Ideally used to working with remote/home-based or multi-location teams.

This Head of Contact Centre role is crucial in ensuring a large team continue to deliver exceptional experiences to the customers, engaging the team ensuring sales targets are achieved whilst maintaining outstanding service levels.

You should be used to defining and setting KPI’s, managing resource and call flows, driving innovation and effectiveness through people, process and systems.
