Airport Operations representative

Airport operations representative - Required for this international airline. You will supervise pre flight, check-in, boarding and post flight activities. You will be based at Heathrow working 3 shifts per week between 3pm and 10pm, paid at £13.00 per hour plus benefits.

Airport operations representatives duties
-Supervise Pre-flight, Check-in, Boarding and Post flight activities
-Conduct daily briefing for the staff with the flight details.
-Ensure the UK standard is followed whether it is customer handling, staff grooming, Airline signages and placards are well maintained and updated etc
-Ensure proper coordination with the ramp for timely loading and offloading
-Ensure baggage presentation time is met
-Assist in investigation of customer complaints
-Liaise with ground handling agents in order to maximise operations
-Staff rosters
-Hands on reservations and ticketing when needed

Airport operations representatives skills required-
-Experience in airside operations for another airline
-Experience managing ground handlers
-Basic knowledge of fares and ticketing
-Knowledge of general airline procedures
-Ability to interpret fares and ticketing rules
-Good understanding of revenue management
-Very strong problem solving skills
-People management experience
-Happy to work 3 shifts per week
