Reporting into the Global head of loyalty, this is a fantastic opportunity to join an exciting, fast growing and innovative tour operator with an authentic product offering. As Loyalty acquisition manager you will be responsible for creating and implementing the member acquisition strategy across owned channels. You will also oversee optimising the acquisition customer journey online and offline, creating a seamless experience. Jointly with local markets, you will be accountable for delivering plans to support acquisition targets by market optimising all channels e.g. online, events, trade etc.

The ideal candidate will possess effective time management, the ability to work well under pressure, excellent organisational, multitasking and prioritization skills. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in B2C CRM/Marketing supporting acquisition journeys is required.
