Job Details
Our client, an exciting and innovative adventure tour operator are searching for a Senior Member Engagement Manager to be accountable for Member Engagement Strategy and to drive lifetime member value. As part of the commercial loyalty team, you will create and deliver the global membership engagement strategy, including any activity and events roadmap for all channels, engagement and re-engagement plans. Using CRM, you will implement a clear member messaging strategy and segmentation principles/approach for all member communications.
The perfect candidate will possess a Minimum of 3 years B2C CRM/Marketing experience in travel/loyalty, will be able to work well under pressure and will have strong stakeholder management.
