An exciting and fast-growing adventure tour operator are on the lookout for a member engagement manager to help implement their member engagement strategy. Using CRM, you will execute the member messaging and segmentation approach, whilst also being accountable for creating a roadmap of loyalty-based promotions and benefit boosters to drive member engagement. Some key objectives within this role include improving membership retention within the loyalty program and obtaining Positive and improved engagement communication performances e.g. open rates, click-thru, booking.
