An exciting new role for a loyalty operations manager in an innovative and fast-growing adventure tour operator has become available. Managing all the operational elements of the global loyalty program, you will be the central point of contact for business units e.g. CSC, Sales Markets and brands for all operational items. As such, you will have accountability for creating and implementing operational standards and defining working principles of autonomy between business units and loyalty team.

The successful candidate will be a self starter and possess strong communication and problem solving skills. Experience of agile working in a matrix organisation across operational and non-operational areas is key in this role, and 3+ years’ experience of working in an operational support role across sales and marketing is required.
