Due to remarkable growth in Corporate Travel we are seeking several experienced OOH VIP Business Travel Consultants to join a successful and well-established travel management company that offer various travel services to clients across the globe.

This exciting opportunity is ideal for an experienced Business Travel Consultant happy to work out of hours from home in which a generous salary plus extra will be offered.

VIP Business Travel Consultant duties:

  • Arrange an array of travel services to clients including flights, hotels, lounges, car hire, etc.
  • Assist clients with VIP travel bookings, and to process this in an efficient and competent manner.
  • Offering an out of hours service to clients.
  • Communicate with customers, whether this is by telephone, email or in person, in a professional and friendly manner
  • Provide an excellent service via communications with customers and the accuracy of bookings
  • Providing clients with suitable travel options and suggestions for the best way to meet their requirements
  • Proactively maintaining relationships with clients at all times

Essential requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Business Travel Consultant is essential.
  • A good working knowledge of GDS / CRS flight system such as Galileo, Amadeus, Worldspan or Sabre.
  • Happy to work shifts – typical shift start times are 0600/1400/2200 4 days on 2 days off, 8 hour shifts then a pattern change. 4 weeks of 40 hours per week then 2 at 32 hours a week rolling.
