Sales manager - Hotel

Sales manager - Required to work for this representation company, representing a Italian hotel chain to the travel trade. The successful candidate must have some on the road sales experience in travel or Hotels, ideally fluent in Italian. Salary between 40/45k, mix of home based, on the road and office based in central London.

Ssales managers duties
-You are responsible for B2B partnerships, increase group and MICE business and PR activities
-You will develop and implement an annual marketing plan, benchmarking and distribution
- The implementation of sales calls to partners in United Kingdom lies also in your responsibility
- Your tasks will further include to increase and maximize the bookings made in United Kingdom
- You will perform and promote online training
- You will participate in conferences abroad, and you organize FAM and media trips

Sales managers skills required
-You are a Graduate or Post Graduate (preferably in tourism/hotel/aviation)
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience within travel or hospitality
- You will have an excellent background in the hospitality industry and valuable relations with stake-holders within the tourism industry
- Working with MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is no problem for you
- You are used to working in a fast-paced environment with flat hierarchies, open doors and dynamic people
- You will speak and write English fluently, Italian is a pré and other languages are an advantage
- You have strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills, and you enjoy working in a team but also achieve valuable results when working independently
- Great interpersonal skills and a pleasant, open-minded attitude with a high level of self-initiative and service orientation are characterising your personality
- Preferably, you have an own car and driving license
