Senior Creative Producer

Senior Creative Producer - MICE Agency - London / Hybrid - £45-60k. A superb opportunity for an experienced Creative Producer to join this award winning MICE Agency based in London where you will be responsible for leading on the delivery of Meetings, Conferences and Events including project scope, budget management, scheduling and resource allocation.

Senior Creative Producer Responsibilities

Working alongside event managers, venue sourcing, creative design and sales/account management teams, you will ensure the agency delivers quality work, on time and on budget that exceeds client expectations.

You will manage the client relationship, responding to their needs from the initial pitch through to delivery, manage the overall budget and scheduling of assigned projects. You will identify the key components of each event, produce schedules and planning estimates to ensure programs are correctly budgeted and resourced. You will support the wider team with vendor/supplier/contractor negotiations and management to offer the best and most cost-effective solutions.

Senior Creative Producer Skills Required

• Experience managing event budgets and scheduling
• Experience gained in Meetings, Conferences and Events sector, preferably from an agency background
• Knowledge of virtual and hybrid events including platforms and speaker management
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Ability to write proposals and deliver presentations
• University degree preferred

Senior Creative Producer Additional Details

A basic salary in the region of £45000 - £60,000 depending on experience, 25 days holiday, private healthcare, life assurance, flexi benefits and hybrid working out of Canary Wharf based office.
