ABOUT THE POST

London Metropolitan University Estates department is looking to recruit a Hospitality & Bar Manager to be a friendly face at the bar for students, staff and visitors and ensure a warm welcome for all.

The Hospitality & Bar Manager will be in charge of The Rocket's bar operation, ensuring excellent customer service standards are maintained. This role will report to the Front of House and Venue Manager, working closely with the Events team and will supervise a team of Bar and Catering Assistants.

The Hospitality & Bar Manager will also bring flair and enthusiasm to the role and will be encouraged to develop a bar offer that reflects and supports the LMU brand.

This post will be subject to a standard DBS check.
