Travel team leader - Dutch speaker

Team Leader, Dutch Speaker: An experienced Dutch Speaking Team Leader is required for this expanding travel company, office based in Edinburgh, paying up to £28K.

Team Leader, Dutch Speaker - Responsibilities:
- Manage the performance and development of the team members
- Be the first point of contact for resolving escalated issues
- Maintain the highest levels of client and customer satisfaction

Team Leader, Dutch Speaker - Skills Required:
- Min 2 years managerial experience (must include managing people/team management)
- Min 1 year travel background (travel experience or travel education)
- Previous call centre experience is an advantage
- Fluent in written and spoken Dutch and English
- Experience coaching or leading people
- Ability to create and continually support people through individual development plans

Additional Information:
- Paying £25K - £28K depending on experience
- Based in their offices in Edinburgh
