We are seeking an experienced VIP Entertainment Business Travel Consultant to join a highly successful travel management company due to remarkable growth working from home.

We are considering candidates with experience in handling entertainment clients in corporate travel. We would also consider Business Travel Consultants with energy and marine experience. Various hours are available.

VIP Entertainment Business Travel Consultant Duties:

  • Offering end-to-end, full scope travel services for the highest level travelers of our client account in the Entertainment, News/Media, Sports professions. 
  • Creating and accurately completing complex travel requests (car, hotel, air, rail) for high touch accounts and top tier (VIP, Concierge, Film/TV Production, News and Publicity) travelers
  • Acting as a trusted advisor by offering informed and insightful recommendations which provide the best traveler experience in each situation as the entertainment client sector requires a high level of creativity and booking in obscure production locations at times
  • Handling special requests common to entertainment/news industry (hotel upgrades, artist riders, junkets, charter flights, car service, excess baggage, production vehicles, etc.)

Experienced Business Travel Consultants would be supporting global account, including booking for travelers in multiple countries.  Shifts are available 24x7x365 including some regular full time M-F positions, and some full time after hours/nights/weekend positions.  Please indicate your shift interest with your application. 

Essential Requirements:

  • VIP, Entertainment, Production, Sports, energy or marine Business Travel experience is a must.
  • GDS experience such as Sabre, Amadeus or Galileo.
  • Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and providing white-glove-level service.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
