We are seeking an Regional Catering Manager to join our team to oversee a single contract with 9 sites based in Leicestershire, 1 site based in Sheffield and 1 site based in Cornwall. As the Regional Catering Manager you will need to be energetic, professional and strategically driven. The role is to develop and lead a team of managers to provide exceptional service to our clients and to manage the employee life cycle. Manage client and contractual relationships in a commercial manner ensuring compliance and company policies are adhered to. Drive catering management that exceed customer requirements whilst delivering key financial targets.

Your key accountabilities include:

  • Ensure delivery of continuous improvement plans
  • Adherence to all client and company Policies
  • Ensure delivery and management of labour strategy in line with contract specifications
  • Delivery of all HSE requirements both contractually and legislatively
  • Monitor and delivery of contractual and internal KPI’s, identify and help develop continuous improvements
  • Develop and maintain client relationships
  • Achievement of financial budgets
  • Training and development of all employees
  • Manage all people management processes and recruitment
  • Assist in the development of strategies for growth and retention
  • Ensure the implementation of any governance and communication strategies
  • Senior management experience leading and inspiring operational teams to deliver results
  • Experience within catering / food service essential
  • Proven ability to effectively build relationships and influence internally at a senior level
  • Led the implementation of change programmes to deliver operational benefits
  • Experience of working within brand guidelines to deliver results
  • Experience in highly commercial and price sensitive markets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrable success as a credible and confident influencer
  • The ability to quickly build a trusted relationship with cross-functional customers  
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Microsoft Teams
  • Works well under pressure to meet deadlines
  • A creative and innovative thinker
  • Able to quickly build credibility with key stakeholders
